The Villa includes the body of main building with large panoramic windows overlooking the gulf, it has four bedrooms each with private bathroom equipped with every comfort, a dining room, large kitchen, a patio with table for up to 12 people, two panoramic terraces with barbecue and outdoor fired brick oven, carved into the rock, the first beachfront and the second most sheltered, perfect for enjoying a dinner outdoors even when on the island the Maestrale is blowing strongly.

The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, two refrigerators, an industrial freezer, a dishwasher and all the necessary appliances for cooking, from the toaster to the blender. There is also a separate laundry room and a small service bathroom.

Outside there are two independent outbuildings with private entrances, double bedroom and private bathroom, the perfect solution for those looking for a home holiday for a group of friends, where every participant can enjoy their own independence.

The garden of over one hectare, perfect for walking outdoors enjoying a moment of relaxation during the hottest hours of the day, has two beautiful Hollywood-style pools, with a carved into the rock setting and embellished by evocative light games, which are the perfect location for pool parties or elegant cocktails at happy hours’ time.
